- Stay tuned for updates!
In 2014, I “quit” working on cruise ships. I have been releasing original music ever since. Once I finish one song, I’m already thinking about the next evolution of my music.
I’m saying this all more to myself than to anyone else LOL. Although I do plan on releasing 1-2 songs this year and I am writing multiple songs with the intention of crafting another EP, I want to give myself time to breathe. I want to give the new songs space to become what they want to be and that means I need to be the tortoise, not the hare.
I also want to refocus how my fans can support me as an artist. So although I intend to keep releasing music on the larger, well-known platforms, I do want to encourage that as you continue to support music (mine and any other artists you love), check out @tidal and @bandcamp.
Tidal offers extra perks to their artists who are followed and streamed regularly. They also have the option of streaming with master quality, which is actually pretty epic because you can hear songs as they were intended to be heard (https://listen.tidal.com/artist/7983486).
Bandcamp gives the artist 82%, compared to the pennies per stream or dimes per sale on other sites (https://natasharemi.bandcamp.com).
I’m putting my next single on Bandcamp FIRST, as a thank you to everyone for their continued support of my music. I know convenience is important (ask my family, I will ALWAYS pay extra for convenience LOL), but I think it’s time we give the music industry BACK to the musicians and this is my effort in doing so.
Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend ahead!!
